Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or playing Flippy Frog (bundle/package ID com.haip.flippyfrog), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("EULA") between you and Haip AS, Drøbak, Norway (Org. no. 935 829 380).

For users downloading the App from the Apple App Store, this agreement supplements and incorporates Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support.

2. Flippy Pass Auto-Renewing Subscription

Flippy Frog is free to download and play, and offers an optional auto-renewing VIP subscription:

• Subscription Title: Flippy Pass Monthly
• Billing Cycle / Length: Monthly (1 month, auto-renewing)
• Price: Displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen prior to checkout (for example, $1.99 USD / month or local equivalent).
• Included Benefits: Ad-free gameplay (removes optional ads), 1x instant free Revive per run, unlimited Daily Objective skips, and the exclusive Golden Crown cosmetic.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Your Flippy Pass subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the then-current subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Managing, Restoring & Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button inside the Flippy Pass menu in the App, or directly in your device's store account settings:

• iOS (Apple App Store): Open Settings → tap your Apple ID name → Subscriptions → select Flippy Frog.
• Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Flippy Frog.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle; you will retain Flippy Pass benefits through the remainder of the paid period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active period. All refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective store policies. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

5. License Grant & Virtual Items

Haip AS grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Flippy Frog on compatible iOS or Android devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Unlocked frog skins, score multipliers, coins, and virtual items within Flippy Frog are licensed digital features with no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Flippy Frog is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haip AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, and our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or Flippy Pass in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information
